Return / Refund Policy

Your satisfaction with your purchase is our primary goal.  If there is an issue with your order, please send us an email within seven (7) days of receipt of your package and provide us with details.   

We will strive to make an arrangement that will meet your satisfaction.  We ask that you not return a product until we have provided you with a return authorization number.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. 


Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, are not accepted for returns.

We will not consider returns if you have not contacted us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Shipping costs to return goods will be reimbursed where the problem stems with us in the first place.  Otherwise, you will be responsible to pay the applicable cost.
If you are shipping a package worth over $75.00, you should consider using a "trackable" shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items that we do not receive.


All sales are final and as such we do not issue refunds.
